Whenever our customers have a problem, our service team is always there to help by e-mail or phone. Whether it's changes in the order, questions about the order status, technical problems or specific product advice - the tasks are varied. With a good portion of creativity, our service department always finds an answer.
Your mission
To expand the market for our Dutch-speaking customers, we are looking for a customer service representative with a fluent Dutch language who is also a bike enthusiast with great interest in bikes or with an already existing good basic knowledge of bike parts and components. A direct link to our customers, complex questions and your professional answers, trainings and personal development await you within this new challenge.
- Our customers with their diverse questions are both an incentive and a challenge for you. You are their first point of contact and problem solver.
- As a customer advisor, you will contribute with your positive personality to the communication and inform our customers via telephone and email about all questions regarding product advice, the order process, invoicing and much more.
- You will handle claims and find the best possible solutions to products that our customers are not satisfied with.
- To do this, you will use the extensive decision-making powers assigned to you to bring quick and satisfying solutions for our customers.
- You learn new things every day and become a master of diversity with our team.
- Together with us, you will expand BIKE24's excellent reputation in the Dutch market.
Our requirements
- We are looking for a language expert and bike and/or sports enthusiast who is willing to let his/her passion flow into this new job.
- You are a very good Dutch speaker, ideally native speaker, with excellent communication skills and experience in the field of customer assistance.
- You already have a good basic knowledge of bike parts and bike components or at least a profound interest in the matter.
- You can handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, e-mail or other channels) while creating and logging tickets into the system.
- You have C1 or native level of Dutch.
- You have at least a B2 Level of English.
- A plus, not a must: you can communicate very well in French, Spanish, Italian and/or German.
